Dear Lokans,
It's been 1 year and 8 months since my mute and 9 months since my last appeal. I would just like to start of this appeal by my expressing my deepest apologies to REDBUGGATI for "Harrasing" him.
Context:
I decided to log on Loka to go ganking and have fun when I suddenly realized that my refills were missing from my room, I proceeded to ask my town owner dzne if he had taken them. When he informed me that he had not and it was RedBuggati who had taken them I was upset because at the time those were the only refills/skulkers I had. I proceeded to act very immaturely and called RedBuggati a "Fatass" for stealing my loot, which then led to him taking all of my stuff.
Apology/Reasoning:
My actions are completely unjustifiable and I would just like to say I know what I did was wrong and promise not to do it ever again. I would also like to apologize to RedBuggati once again for making "Harassing" him and acting immaturely. That being said, If any of you have been cash ran before I think you can understand my mindset when I said what I said. Loosing everything you've worked months for in an instant can be pretty infuriating causing you to say/do things you wouldn't regularly do, I'm not trying to justify what I did, I just want to explain why I said what I said.
How I've Improved and Why I should be unmuted:
As I stated in my last appeal "Last year, I was slowly turning into a toxic loser who thought using slurs/ making fun of people was ok. This is evident in both my mute on the server which was justified and my IRL life. Last year I made a homophobic joke in school and as such I received a H.I.B (Harassment Intimidation Bullying). If you guys don't know what that is it's basically when you make a law which states that "any gesture or written, verbal or physical act or any electronic communication which is. (i) motivated by any actual or perceived characteristic such as race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity" and if you violate it the police get contacted and you are reprimanded. " I believe I've come a long way from a "toxic loser who thought using slurs/ making fun of people was ok". Since my last appeal and mute I took a break from Minecraft to focus on myself and become a better person. I've recently freshman year of HS ending with a 4.0 GPA while taking 3 APS, I've also gotten a Gold Presidential Volunteer Service Award (before they discounted them) and started a non-profit to help people getting cyber-bullied. I believe my achievements/actions since my last mute/appeal show that I've become a respectful person who should be allowed to communicate on the server via public chat. I hope that the Loka community can see how much I've improved in the last 2 years and give me one final chance to my favorite Minecraft server.
