15 second cool down should be added, to prevent teleporting while under attack.
Or maybe be unable to tp if you're tagged.

/home is literally for nomads and for 0 time, /spawn is a sentry only command that is only allowed to be used within towns primarily to assist players. Portals you have to run to this is a command that tps you from anywhere in your territory, ender pearls ?!!?
I have to say this power is far too much to give to everyone in a town, even if it'd be in town or spawn only.
