If you've ever used Litematica and/or Easyplace, you know how painful it is to place blocks that have multiple orientations, like stairs, logs, etc. I've added EasyPlaceFix to Loka Fabric and it works like a charm, combined with Easyplace you become a building god

Also, there is a setting in Litematica to let you build with industry-lored blocks, like the "Cut in Town" or "Mined in Town" - Just go to Litematica settings, Generic, and at the bottom, set this to true:
