As a long term Loka player, I think it's ridiculous how safe it is to get loot these days. A set is worth ONLY 800 shards, and yet everything has changed from red tag to yellow. The End is yellow tag, the Nether is yellow tag, RI's are yellow tag, the new boss is yellow tag. There's no risk AT ALL going to these places, other than your items breaking. Whatever happened to trying to keep Loka as much of a vanilla pvp experience as possible? Part of the reason I go to Dreadfort so often is because IT IS red tag. It's fun killing someone and getting a set. There's no reason to even gank anyone in yellow tag because you just get scraps of their loot, and NOT EVEN THEIR SWORD. Having yellow tag encourages players NOT TO GANK AT ALL, because it still ends the yellow tags players grinding and sends them back to spawn and forces them to come back, but the ganker's experience is ruined because you don't get diddly squat from a kill.
My suggestion is to BRING BACK RED TAG IN RI's, NETHER, AND END, OR AT LEAST MAKE IT SO PEOPLE DROP THEIR SET ON DEATHS IN YELLOW TAG. Pots and food could go back to their escrow, but I should at least be able to get someone's armor AND all of their grinded loot when I get a kill. (NEW SUGGESTION AT BOTTOM) PEOPLE SHOULD NOT FEEL SAFE EVERYWHERE ON LOKA WHEN THEY GRIND.
If you don't think it's a good idea to implement this, at least MAKE HIGH RISK AREAS WHERE YOU GET MORE REWARDS, similar to Red Infested.

I do think it's extremely important for there to be places for newer players to go and grind, and having yellow tag grinding places is important for both the economy, and for the enjoyment of players.
At the same time, so are the red tags, and we all know that. There SHOULD be a high risk high reward place for people to go and grind, and I'm glad that the developers that work on the server for players enjoyment do have plans to implement that in the future.
But the importance of adding red tag areas to grind sooner rather than later cannot be understated. I don't know what the timeline for Loka looks like, and the SOTS does help a little in showing when things are being added, but a place for people to go and gank for loot would be healthy for the server. Red infested ganks are practically non-existent (there aren't enough players grinding for it to be a profitable use of time) and Cove ganks are just a waste of time as we all know sets are worth nothing, which makes Gank Isle just Proving Grounds but with refills. Wilds/ruins are also red tag zones, but don't yield nearly as much reward as any of the yellow tag and you can NEVER find anyone there unless someone snitches on their alliance member. Dreadfort is lowkey a joke to call it a pvp area because out of 20+ hours of being in there in the past 2 weeks I've seen 3 people. The PVP areas in the server are for PVP only, and PvPvE is important.
MY NEW SUGGESTION:
A red tag HIGH RISK PvPvE NO FLY continent FOR GRINDING where you must submit 1000 shards to enter, if you leave safely you get 900 back. (Shard sink)
On the continent there are areas to grind RI MATERIALS, NETHER MATERIALS, END MATERIALS, ARMOR TRIMS, etc. at HIGHER RATES THAN YELLOW TAGS.
If you die on the continent you drop 750 shards (250 shards are lost) This incentivizes gankers to kill other gankers while on the continent and not just wait around for PvE'rs to get loaded and snatch their loot. AT THE SAME TIME, if you do kill PvE'rs, you get the same amount of shards + their loot.
If the continent is spread out and large enough, it will make it either easiest for the PvE'rs, I DO THINK THIS WOULD BE A GOOD AND HEALTHY IDEA FOR LOKA, and MAYBE easier than adding an individual red tag RI or red tag nether or red tag end.
(Could overhaul Zyre and change it from ganks to red tag grinding continent!!!)
