Hello everyone, I’d like to talk about the situation of ranked in loka. Came out about 3-4 days ago and many bugs and while informed staff no one bothers and replies with “thats how it is”.

The issue -
While queing and after found a ranked game it won’t let me que or just kick me out of the server, I’m pretty sure this has happened to many people and the worst part is the staff won’t refund the ELO lost and say deal with it your unkucky? We spend a lot of time and effort to climb ranks just to not be able to que and lost the match to people you did not even get a chance to fight? Has happened over 6 times and got no help from any staff member.

Another issue is when fighting a cheater and the staff bans them for cheating they still don’t refund any elo or atleast part of it? The staff has bannned them cause of cheating yet we supposed to just take the L and lose…

Solution -
Staff should start refunding ELO if it has an an actual reason as in fighting a cheater or not being able to join your game. Atleast partial ELO? This is the same as workinh at a certain place and not getting paid for what you have done.

The issue with not joining games is because of spamming of commands or other aspects. To fix this u need to go to like for example ur town and then do /join, this works for me majority of the time. But I do feel that Loka Ranked should be changed to allow for ELO Refunding when needed but only in mass cases of cheating not just single bugs, although i can see how this is a lot of work and isnt the top priority.

if u cant join then how do u know who u were gonna face and win against?

refunding elo after a cheater gets banned isn't really possible in most cases
basically what happens is you lose your elo to a cheater, then u usually keep playing and re-gain the elo back to where you belong. So lets say then the cheater gets banned, and you get a sudden elo boost and get like 3 rankups for that, going from your real rank to a boosted one.
So the only case where a refund would make sense is, when you dont play a single game after facing a cheater, then he gets banned and then u can get a refund. But I dont think its realistic, and admins would have to sink in tons of time to investigate who deserves a elo refund. They waste enough time ssing cheaters.
