Being an experienced fisher, I would say I highly disprove the idea of baits in the way you presented it. People should not be able to pay for bigger fish, or for a chance of bigger fish. But baits are definitely a good idea, maybe for catching certain items, certain kinds of fish, or for Guardian deterrent.

That's the only thing I care to comment about, but the rest of the post is very thought provoking. Nice post.

What if there was one day in every month, where every town, alliance and individual had a triple mob drop buff. That day would than be known as "grind day" (or something else that sounds better). I think a lot of towns would benefit from this, because that way there'd be way more motivation for people to grind, since it's hard for some towns to get people to do that.
