Loka Guardians when you use the Bug Reports section in the forums to report a bug
This bug reports section of the forums predates the ability to /report in game, people should still be using the ingame command for easily-reportable things like this, as Crypt has said before.

ah I figured the bug reports section was for things that have an effect on the game, and /reports was for things that had no effect on gameplay
