Subject: Ban Appeal

My first appeal - https://forums.lokamc.com/threads/unban-appeal.11510/

Hello everyone,

I was banned on loka 4 months ago for using AutoFish mod.

I first joined loka in 2023 but started getting active this year. I became active because a lot of my friends were playing this server and we were all having a lot of fun. Once i started joining fights, I noticed my fps would drop below 30 during major fights. Due to this, I tried searching for good modpacks to boost my performance. One of my friends then sent me this modpack which heavily boosted my fps but also led me to this ban.

I did not know it had disallowed mods for loka since i trusted my friend blindly. However, the modpack did contain a mod that was disallowed and worked on its own. My biggest mistake was not checking the contents of the modpack to verify if anything was not allowed on loka because this modpack was originally for another server which I used to play on. I take full responsibility for the mistake that I made.

I wasn't even aware of the said mod until i got screenshared and banned. I understand its completely my fault and I regret doing such a dumb mistake. In the future I will make sure to verify the mods that are in my mod folder and see if these mods are allowed on loka or not. In the time I was banned, I have realised how disrespectful I was to all the loka players who play the game fairly and I'm truly sorry for my mistake.

I genuinely enjoyed playing Loka with my friends before my ban, and I would really appreciate the opportunity to return and earn back the trust of the community. I am not asking for my mistake to be overlooked but I am asking for a second chance to show that I can follow the rules and play fairly.

Thank you to staff and the community for taking the time to read my appeal.
