I dont know what he said to you and you have every right to not forgive him, but both of your bans happened because of very simillar situations and both of you appealed at around 7/8months of your bans, you claim that you were in a very difficult time when he said that to you due to the recent conflicts that hapenned in the world, but when you made fun of the victims of the earthquakes happening in Turkey people were also going through difficult times and even though danito isnt turkish he has a very deep connection with the turkish community and a friend of his, Wojnivult had lost his home to the earthquake at the time so he harassed you because at the time he felt the exact same way you feel towards him now

nekometa makes a very good point here. i wont comment on danitos appeal specifically because i do not know what he said exactly and the severity of it so i cant judge for myself, but daqniel did something a bit similar (making fun of a tragic irl event) when it affected people and he was banned for that, just like danito is banned for it too. i think it is something to keep in mind as a general rule not to ever make fun of these kinds of irl tragic events, especially when they are ongoing and when you say it someone because you know their nationality, and thus that it might affect them more (for example a turkish person is alot more likely to be affected by those earthquakes, so saying that stuff to them is even more unacceptable because you say it to them specifically with the intention of hurting them like that, and the same goes for what danito said to daqniel). i think its an important detail to point out just to show that people can hurt you like you hurt others, and in the end all it does is hurt people when you dont know what they are going through irl.

+0 for this appeal since i cant judge properly, but if what danito did was similar to what daqniel did, and a similar time has passed like nekometa says, then i do believe an unban should be considered, but i cant comment specifically without knowing more details.
