Suggestion Make grinding fun again

buff nyx quests for us lore lovers
Realistically it need something more than just 'buff', that doesn't really make them fun, it's just more rewarding.

I'm still in favour of giving NYX quests some form streak rewards. Anything to make them more simple than 'go to X and do Y'.

not really the full truth the point of the game is fun and entertainment when it stops providing that then it becomes pointless if u honestly believe what you just said then i dont think u understand the point of video games
If you cant get without managing your dopamine receptors for a couple hours, I don't know what to say this is just obv if you think gaming becomes boring from grinding either stop grinding or stop playing any game you play you have to grind. If it's so pointless that you don't wanna work to achieve something then say that

Is there really supposed to be Lore behind a basic minecraft concept? Like I grind sleepless nights every night, yet no Lore behind that that people could care about.

the issue is im fine grindign but you grind for a couple hours and theres no sense of achiecenment or anything unlike before as dae said you could grind 2 hours in a gp cave for a gp shulk and then be rich

The money you get to spend on anything you'd like isn't an achievement that money could support your next building project? It can fund making your own lore in your own town. or fund your big idea to build in the middle of nowhere. Just spend it at that point

Ultimately it now takes far less time to gather resources due to infested tiles. I think you've got issue with a lot of the system which is totally fair, but I'm not sure you're communicating it in the most effective way.

Do you want grinding to be more fun or do you just want it to be more rewarding for you?

the issue is because of infested tiles everything has inflated and the ways that used to be fun and have some sort of structure behind them are no longer meta and make 0 sense to grind such as nyx quests

First of all, make pot mats harder to get then think of ways making it "fun". The only way to make grinding fun is if you do it with more people. Infested is basically just a 1 person job that's why grinding is so "boring". So i think something with team work needs to be added to infested tiles like shrines.

I think the idea of Dungeons could be a very simple fix to a large portion of grinding for a while. Although it's yes, a very common idea used on so many PvE servers, I think there's an incredibly good reason why. It provides a fun alternative to PvE instead of just mindlessly hitting mobs. The idea of Dungeons has been floating around for as long as I've been on Loka, this quote from Mardo from just over a year ago hits the nail on the head for what dungeons should be like.
You should make like dungeons with like levels or difficulty with fun objectives with tons of action that give rewards. That would be pretty fun.
Simple ideas that although yes, may be a hard thing to code and may take a long time to develop would mean so much to the grinding community and improve the entire grinding scene so much. More options for grinding = more fun with grinding and with multi-levelled dungeons I think that provides the perfect opportunity for creativity within not only the PvE team creating cool new bosses, but for new players and people that hate grinding alike to learn to actually enjoy spending their time grinding on Loka.
