Chests that are covered with a block above them can be opened, why not shulkers? Towns should be raidable, not shulkerfests 2025.

this is kinda lame because I know every town I've been around that's in the building process or just building in general likes to leave their shulkers out, it's convenient and a bother to go back and forth all the time, thus they put blocks on the shulkers and leave them out.
I think raiding is sorta just a reward if you come around it by luck or chance, if someone is intentionally blocking off shulkers as to prevent that I don't see why that should be changed

I don’t see any reason to implement this. Most towns don’t cover shulkers unless they are used for building so that would only hurt builders.
