Chests that are covered with a block above them can be opened, why not shulkers? Towns should be raidable, not shulkerfests 2025.

It's inconsistent with how other chests work. On Loka, if you can see a chest (which should probably include Shulkers), you can open it; block over it or not.
That said this sounds like a reasonable LCR discussion.
They've been spared for long enough.
It isn’t even a problem that needs to be addressed. Even though inconsistent with chests this has effects in conquest too. Not worth touching.

this only hurts people that dont put their shulkers back in their base
Or build base around shulkers. Give them a properly loved home.
