I really believe in second chances. However, the lengths that you went to in order to attempt to cover up your toxicity was unbelievable Melon. You had such a ploy and got everyone in your alliance to back you up. The problem is that all the people who backed you up on the first lie are the same ones to back you up now. With that being said, it is very hard to believe there has been such a change from you claiming a KKK skin was actually from the Turkish TV show "Ertugrul". Even posting your own skin as evidence to substantiate the claim that you were imitating "the leader of the crusaders titus" to now a person who is completely reformed.

I do see how its possible for you to think this, but I promise you that this is not the case. At the time of my ban I wasn't very active on the server due to a problem which caused everything server sided to freeze for me whenever I passed through a chunk. I made the appeal about my skin as more of a joke, which I thought of as funny at the time. I see now that this was really not funny at all, and just a waste of others time. While I did this I convinced others that I really had based this off of the show (I began to talk about the show all the time in vcs and said it was the inspiration for Damilongwe and my skin), and I was able to get them to +1 it. Although now, I would love an opportunity to redeem myself for these previous actions. I truly believe that they do not represent my character today, and I would really love to once again be able to play the server. I have made sure that during the time before and while the appeal has been posted, I haven't asked anyone to plus 1 it. The few people I have spoken to about it I just told I had posted my appeal.

It both seems and sounds like you just told them to go +1 the appeal, without showing them the full picture. If you had shown them the full picture, I imagine any sane person would have decided right then and there to -1 your appeal, rather than +1 it. This appeal is a hard no from me, although I do wish you the best in stepping away from the horrid behavior that got you the permanent ban in the first place.

I apologize I should have been more specific, that is exactly what I did. I was being a douchebag and tricking them just for the joke (bad joke). This is one of the reasons I took such care this time to make sure everyone gives their genuine opinion based off experiences they have had with me, and not ones I directly influenced for my benefit like last time. I would like to once again apologize for my past behavior, I really do want to move past this and right my wrongs.

+1 Not gonna sit here and say "MELON IS REFORMED UNBAN NOW" his initial temp ban which turned to a perma ban was definitely warranted no doubt about it and I think he understood that months ago. I just think that throughout the last 7 months the fact he still finds interest in Loka and its players although being banned is a testament to the type of player he is. I hope for his own good that he will not make any more mistakes like this in the future but I definitely think he will be an asset to the community if unbanned.
