I am extremely glad to be posting on this forum again after being responded to by the Loka admins, in which they've unintentionally admitted I am innocent of all accusatory reports against me regarding posting, renewing, and having any information about their IRL in my messages unless they've left out certain details.
To be very clear on this matter I wish to set the scene simply one last time hopefully for everyone who has +1'd my appeal, and for those who don't understand it yet fully including the Loka admins. The player popstarmilan has lied profusely about myself and others being involved in a doxxing operation regarding himself claiming we have not only doxxed his face, but have done this with extreme malicious intent that has led many to misunderstand statements made in my last appeal as a partial admission from me. He has not only openly admitted in videos posted inside of my original response clearly that he lied attempting to misinterpret the truth, but also in private calls with other members of Loka with which I am perfectly willing to provide evidence in video form or simply as written promises from said players backing up my statements. To restate with utmost clarity regarding how I and another were banned falsely from his report ticket I would like to re-mention the hard fact that he had never openly claimed we had doxxed him in the screenshots of my report I received. He had bragged this not only to me but to others stating it was Loka's 'poor rules' which ended in our ban, however I will be refuting this clearly here and now even if his notion of Loka's rules are correct with which I remain impartial. I should have been more clear regarding the matter, but there is no rule stating you cannot respond to an image of someone's face in all of Loka's rules, this is what occurred. The Loka admins made it extremely easy to see their thoughts and what they had assumed of what I meant by 'recirculate'. They believe I and another posted his face, that we technically broke the rules, and that we are still perfectly liable for a ban under rule 6.1. However, this is incorrect on a multitude of levels which I believe to be perfect reasoning for accepting this appeal.
For this next segment of my appeal, I wish to break down all of the information regarding popstarmilan's misinformation to everyone I've heard word from.
Everything I've heard from popstarmilan has been a poorly thought out lie or an attempt to misconstrue his audience of misled sympathizers regarding my and another's ban. He has attempted to dodge straight forward questions regarding this ordeal for a multitude of reasons I can only conclude he attempts to abide by. There is no reason for someone of complete innocence and no involvement with breaking the rules such as getting players false banned to dodge a straightforward question regarding whether or not they had been doxxed even when excluding the relevancy of the game at all. They should be easy to answer yes or no questions which provide more insight into a scenario while not keeping anything unanswered or leading the person who has asked the question astray in any way or form. Not only is all of this true, a person answering yes or no questions should continue to advance the conversation rather than halt it completely while providing weak evidence that can be misinterpreted or edited in ways that they refuse to elaborate on. In regards to these different reasonings popstarmilan has checked zero of these boxes and has avoided, misconstrued, and halted any attempt to reach the truth when asked in an open setting.
I have shown in my past appeal which has recently been denied for a reason I am perfectly fine with seeing as it was simply another word that they hadn't looked into properly, video proof of popstarmilan admitting to having no proper evidence to have me or the other banned in this report properly banned with which he has nothing but drawn out stories accompanied by poor reasoning to assist him in covering up lousy retellings. The video I sent in my last appeal has proof enough to only get him banned, but relieve all thought to be true allegations from his report and free myself and the other entangled in his lie. Knowing that there is little to be done regarding getting him banned for false banning me and the other I am simply going to focus on the fact that when under false safety in a private call with him and our middleman unbeknownst to popstarmilan he fell apart entirely regarding the entire situation during different moments of each question. Now, on the topic of videos I wish to reveal I am soon to be receiving another video compiling his lies and breaking them down through someone else he has recently admitted to.
The reality of the situation is as follows, the group that myself and others shunned popstarmilan out of to the point where he thought these lengths necessary to come back and attack others to get revenge; harbored no ill intent towards him before all of this transpired seemingly out of the blue for us. Myself along with others were under the proper impression that we had simply ridden ourselves of a pest that was persistent enough having required us to plainly speak to him up front regarding how little he meant to us and what he added to our group. After I and another found ourselves banned we soon talked to another group popstarmilan appreciated pestering they themselves realized that he was a liar and his moments of kinship he tried sharing with them were long gone as he had shed light onto his personal views in actuality when others try to rid themselves of him. He acted childishly in many ways and eventually was expunged from both discords he tried to stay relevant in despite both of our different groups having little interest in him, now no longer residing in either he's ironically finding the one way to earn our attention from doing something we somehow cannot fight properly.
My intent is exactly as follows; become able to play carefree again on Loka and clear my name from the false claims put against it. If there is to be any question regarding how much of this transpired I urge any and all to comment immediately to not only shed light on areas which have not been lit before, but bring more attention to this case of extreme negligence or misinterpreted truths to the admin's attention swiftly and severely. This isn't something any Loka player would want to have to experience simply because of their dislike of someone else based on how they're treated by them or how they've seen them treat others which was the case for myself.
Although my claims are concrete, my evidence is strong, and the setting has now been set in stone vividly with little room to misinterpret small claims anymore, some may believe I am still guilty and while they may I'm going to continue to gather evidence from not only my own point of view regarding the entire scenario, but from many others where popstarmilan proudly gloats in a manner not befitting someone who has just been doxxed, involving his false report and banning of people going through with little issue. This evidence will serve as a reminder of how the truth eventually spills and the canvas is clear as day even to someone not versed in the scenario, regardless of if I am to be unbanned I'll post the files.
Unless I am to be met with an absolute response which ignores all evidence I've now stated clearly in all ways I can imagine at this current moment, I'll make attempts to continue freeing myself, thanks loka.
