What you think is expected of position: An LCR needs to be a real advocate for the player base, not just a yes man for the staff. The expectation is to take the actual issues the community is facing even the ones the admins don't want to hear and present them clearly and firmly. It's about breaking through the echo chamber, representing players who feel ignored, and communicating practical, common sense solutions without worrying about server politics.
Why you think players should support you: Right now, a lot of people feel heavily suppressed on this server. There's a clear bias with a one way leaning staff team, and we've seen too many instances of players being threatened with punishments or shut down just for speaking up or having a different opinion. When people are afraid to voice basic common sense because they might get targeted, the whole community suffers. I'm running because I’m not afraid of confrontation. I don't sugarcoat things, and I will bring up the uncomfortable truths that keep getting swept under the rug. For me, confrontation isn't about being hostile; it's about genuine accountability and community health. We need to be aggressively rooting out actual problems, like inappropriate actions, instead of policing players who are just speaking their minds. If you want an LCR who will just nod and smile, I’m not your guy. But if you want someone who will push back against the suppression, apply actual common sense, and stand up for the players being silenced, I'd appreciate your support.
