While we respect that you may not have known assisting an alt was against the rules, ignorance of the rules is not a valid excuse. Additionally, in line with other punishments we have handed out for these issues the ban must remain to be consistent. Some of those individuals have also claimed to be ignorant of the rules, so this situation is hardly different.
