MJXJ/ReformedMJXJ 2nd Ban appeal

Hello loka players/admins I would first like to appoligze for the damage I had done to the towns and players I had betrayed and stolen from. I had started working on this appeal once my friends Seftyz,Spartan and Tb_Tyler were starting/posting theirs to the forums and with this appeal im hoping for a unban/tempban off of the loka server.

(Explination of what i did playing loka)

I first joined in september around 2 and a half years ago and started to main it once i had joined frogs town with rezza which is where I had got my first town betrayal ban for letting nemy into the base to take/steal their item. After I had been unbanned from this offence I had stopping breaking rules playing with friends going to gank isle all of that.


Explination of what happend

Leading up to the ban I had joined one of my good friends towns Baldbrandon and joined his room with yvnggolm I had been ganking and *wasting* pots in their town and it led up to con saying grind or all of your cash is getting ran and me being stupid had taken all the items from the room and had then joined rezzas room. In rezzas room baldbrandon one of my good friends had gotten really mad and I had given all of the items back to him but that then made rezza another one of my friends feel i betrayed him and all of the town members had made reports at this point so I just joined a diffrent town IMU And had 0 sets/ shulkers because i had given all the items back so i had stolen a stack of diamond blocks from them in the owner storage. Which had then led to me getting banned for severe town betrayal.




I feel i should be tempbanned/unbanned for this offence because these 5/6 months I have matured and stoped being as toxic and dumb as i was back then and I have been talking to rezza and baldbrandon for years and I had made up with them and we are still really good friends. Even if you feel I should/shouldn't be unbanned do to my toxic nature and me basically betraying my friends. I think that the loka staff team should be able to give me a second chance on this server.

i honestly dont get the point of permabanning people.
like a permaban is permanent. it means no second chances.
if you can appeal a perma ban it isnt really permanent because its ending
why not just ban people for like a year or 2 years or something unless its really severe and you have 0 chance of returning

it’s so they can see if u actually ready to return to the server.

Am I allowed to do this since I’m banned??? Anyhow +1 he is honestly a different person for the better and recently he has seemed more patient and kind #freemj 😁
 
He was really toxic when he played loka, and really toxic when he was banned recently i dont believe he has changed for the good so -1

because you can still wait it out and be the same person after the year or 2, being able to appeal a perma bans makes you have to prove yourself that you’ve changed and plead for a second chance, you have a certain degree of control for how long your ban will last, by behaving different and proving that you deserve an unban

imagine x player gets banned for cheating for a year for having cheated a lot in ranked duels, the guy is really sorry and has changed, he has to wait a year

imagine x player gets banned for having a cheating permanently for having cheated a lot in duels, the guy is really sorry and has changed, he can make an appeal and prove that he’s ready to get back in the community after only 6 months by making an appeal
 
anyway -1 mj is highly racist, childish, and toxic and he needs to change,
mj you my friend but dawg you needs change the attitude
 
big chungus needs to be free'd up he taking too much space in my home as it is +1 he changed very nice not picky over his food no more
