These suggestions are going to be short and simple.

First some quality of life things.
  1. Fix the amount of ancient ingots it takes to repair tools (It makes more sense to throw away a pickaxe than repair it)
  2. Command to see when Resource Isles reset
  3. Change trapped chest for the input in industries to a regular chest

The suggestions that I think would be really cool:
  • No regen of blocks under Y-25 or lower, idk what would be reasonable
    • Reason: GIVE ME MORE INTERCONTINENTAL SUPERHIGHWAYS
  • Permanent parkour course in spawn
    • Reason: Would give people more things to do on Loka, also people love parkour

to be fair every ai repairs 250 durability of which dia picks have 1561 meaning you'll only ever use a max of 6 unless you're TRYING to be inefficient with the seventh
I was taking a guess because I have never had to repair a pick from 1 dura. So I'm pretty content. However not content with the amount of AI's it takes to repair a pickaxe.
 
I agree, reduce the amount needed for all tools.
Yeah but no because it'd be OP if it were different. I think the cost is justified considering it takes 30 levels at least to make a pick, plus three diamonds, plus however much you re-enchant it to make it a god pick. Also keep in mind that it needs to be balanced for something like the elytra and the sword, as well as the shield and many other tools. It's way too wide scoping to justify it to be buffed as it just doesn't make sense to do so for anything other than the pick.

It really just makes the Balak buff crazy OP.

Preventing world regen at low levels in the world is such a good idea for nomads to better hide certain items by spreading their loot to multiple low locations and also allows for the highways to return all while keeping the surface from being defaced.

Parkour course has already been requested in the past alongside other cool things that would really improve spawn. +1

When it comes to lowering AI prices it could be because I'm rich but they've never felt too overpriced. For how quick and easy it is to use them and bam tools are fixed, they're totally worth the price.
The idea of a RI regen timer seems like a bad idea purely because having commands for everything like that can end up feeling quite clunky. Maybe when you log in a message in chat could tell you that the RI is ready. Alternatively, when you enter the RI it tells you how long since your last visit? The fewer commands to remember the better

It already does this, we're mostly just asking for a command to see if it is ready or not instead of missing the login message.
 
To be fair a number of things are outlawed/nerfed on Loka for performance reasons. After sharding is done, it's likely we will begin to have some conversations on things that (may) no longer need to be nerfed or be against the rules since we won't suffer the same performance losses as we once did.
reenabling redstone farms and/or mob farms?
 
I'd like to see redstone restrictions like the hopper cap/hopper minecarts lifted if the server is performant enough, mob farms would also be cool but there's no point because of the mob town perk
I mean it used to be (and still is lmao) a perk to disable mob spawning but they just made it so it stops after a certain town level for performance issues. Also not sure why dispensers for flowers shears, etc were disabled when they didn't cause much lag at all

I believe the flowers ones were about how quickly you could farm flowers and destroy any semblance of an economy for them.
 
Iirc the flower dupe really really crippled the market for any dyes since you could navigate your way to any dye using it (not saying I ever cheated )

This! So much this! The last map regeneration event filling in all tunnels, chambers, basements, highways and underground bases was a huge blow to Loka's enjoyability and wiped out too many builds that were important to server immersion and exploration.

It's a bummer knowing that people's complex, large scale builds could be erased with the next map regen.

The current settings also do the nomads dirty, not letting them have the underground wilds realm they deserve.

Please turn off map regeneration below the dirt level.
