Type /register while in-game to register for a forums account.

Make it so you can give people special permissions to a zone such as Place/Break blocks, Pearl and Lock/Unlock doors.
By doing this you dont need to worry about your portal and pearl gates being broken by other players which could cause your town to be raidable
