No Plans to Implement Moving Tgens

There's a lot of extra work that goes into making the areas around tgens open and playable for fights on the clean worlds, and it's rarely worth the effort to move a tgen. It creates more work for us later if a tgen has to be moved BACK to where we envisioned it originally on that tile.
It is the essence of Loka's territory system that tgens will be somewhat randomly placed in the center of a tile in a spot that makes sense primarily geographically. This means that while it's not always the best spot for that town, there is still a sense of shared history knowing that a tgen has been in its given location since it was originally placed!
