Ban Reason: Illegal Mods/Macro's
Date of Ban: EST beginning of December 2024
Dear Loka,
A little backstory:
Most of you may know me by the usernames "Mulignane, Gleane, aisp or SexPhone". I was banned a few weeks after my last Loka Fight (EST Start of December 2024). I was playing a few normal duels (NOT RANKED), a few days prior to that my main mouse (Glorious Model D) broke after accidentally spilling my drink over it. I decided to use another mouse I had laying around, which was a cheap dollar store mouse. I totally forgot that the mouse had an extra button, which acted like a double clicker. Basically registering two clicks whilst I only click once. After a few matches, I got frozen by a staff member who's name I don't recall, and got told that I was going to be screenshared. I honestly admitted to using the mod known as "shulkerboxtooltips" since I still had that mod from my previous singleplayer survival session. Then the staff member further told me that the mod is bannable, but wasn't the reason for my in game freeze. He asked me if there was anything else I would want to admit to, and then thought to myself "Maybe if I'm going to be brutally honest he will let me off with an temp ban". Which wasn't the case obviously, so I admitted to using a double clicker on my mouse which falls into the category "Macro's".
At the time I wasn't fully in the understanding of it being considered a "Illegal Modification", but when I look back at it, it's the most obvious thing seen as an Illegal Modification. I never ment to gain any unfair advantage over other players, or harm any other players, but due to my actions it led to me still doing that.
With this, I hope the Loka staff reconsider my ban. My ban was definitely well deserved, no doubt about it. I have become older, and more known with the rules of Loka, or any other server for that matter, however I still take full responsibility for what I have done. I will continue to be responsible by not breaking any further rules on the server, if the staff members decide to give me a second chance.
