Mute Discussion (also warn for Ziypie)

You’re mixing things up because you’re mad, just like the other 99% of the times you speak in public chat. Always trying to be toxic for no reason. I have no idea about any Gimlipop lore and what does it have to do with your mute, but I know for sure that you’ve only brought toxicity to the chat ever since you got unmuted. This thing (the “r34” which I don’t even know what it means) clearly wasn’t the only reason staff decided to mute you again, so I can only say Loka is a better and safer space without you in its chat.
 
During the fall of tartoooine this guy gimmilie pop just dropped fatass cock in the public chat. Like no seriously just linking adult content in the public chat. This obviously should not be tolerable at all. Streaming or hosting any form of adult content without any age verification is EXTREMLY ILLEGAL within the united states. Specifically Virginia, where the server is hosted and where I'm assuming a portion of the staff team lives, states that those owners of any website or form of media failing to implement age verification when hosting such obscenities' or failing to enforce the integrity of an "family friendly"/ PG13 online space leads to severe civil punishment such as large fines, shutdown of the online space and in some states Jail time for the owners ( Jail time is a common punishment in Virginia, So any owner that refused to take action when this happened and lives there.)
Those admins or staff who think this isent a big deal due to the "blurry" state of the image are just entirely wrong. I will be using Virginias Code on Obscenity and Related offences to give owners even the biggest amount of lenience and fairness as that is where the server is hosted.
Article 18.2-373 Stance 4 Of The Virginia State Code States When discussing forms of porn:
Any obscene writing, picture or similar visual representation, or sound recording, stored in an electronic or other medium retrievable in a perceivable form

You can clearly see that the code includes that "ANY SIMILAR REPRESENTATION" is considered obscene and is punishable by the state. I think that lore was pretty similar and perceivable no? I personally was online when this all took place and I made the mistake of hovering over the lore in chat, I myself am a minor and was greatly disgusted as The server claims to be safe space and I thought I would be safe form stuff like that. What surprised me even further was CRYPTITES SARCASTIC REACTION to this being linked and directed at him in chat. No punishment. No Warning. No apology for minors like me. This is absolutely disgusting and is a terrible look on this server. We allow things like that to happen but punish very small and not even bad messages sent like what qualified said. HOW IS THIS MUTEABLE, EVEN DISREGARDING THE GIMILE SITUATION.


I would like to end off by saying what Qualified did was in NO WAY against the rules in the forums where what GIMILE did was clearly bannable as he shared content classifiable as 18+ by Virginias state code. This servers "rules" are a joke and for a server that bans people 7 years for anything and claims to take bans and their rules seriously the servers rules are extremely vague and are often manipulated to benefit the admins favorites. update your fucking rules and start following them, this same thing happend a couple years back with a wqunder situation where funnily enough qualified received punishment for something that wqunder did not. The server code is unclear and needs updates and the staff team must start following them.

You have no evidence to prove your claim and who are you to say there are more reasons to his mute? He got muted right after he said this. You have no proof, you're not on the staff team, and you have no say in this matter. What gimli has done has a lot to do with his mute. Gimli not only is reason enough for qual to think this is allowed but more than that it shows the inconsistencies in loka's punishments. Your response was out of hatred and ignorance for the player, please re-read his appeal. Also It is a server with a pvp aspect online banter or "trash talk" is obviously expected and is much different the toxicity and hate speech.
