I came here to dispute my mute for alleged “transphobic/homophobic” comments.
The messages that resulted in the punishment i assume were:
“while we atit can we switch the discord logo”

And i also took a part of celebrating Kylaz’s ban with a couple harmless gifs
I obviously had warnings prior to this, last one was 2 years ago if i remember correctly.
I would like to start off then,
I am not going to apologize to anyone about these comments
I am not in any way saying that Iam completly clean and innocent, I know that I used to be annoying and toxic in public chat back when i was I active, even now sometimes, just to clarify.
To be honest i thought about the messages i have sent before my mute, and there is nothing explicitly homophobic or transphobic in either messages. Was it a tease? Sure, but it wasnt hateful or derogatory at all lol.
I might have sent similar messages to these in game as well, but since i am not active on the server i am not aware of them, though i am sure they werent outrageous mute worthy messages.
I believe that the staff member, which i am not going to name out of respect of their anonimity, that given out my punishment was influenced by personal emotions at the time and acted on them, the staff member didnt abuse its powers, just overreacted, dont get it wrong. I understand that the timing was bad when i have written the messages, but it still doesnt change the fact that it isnt more than just an annoying/tease comment.
I am not going to deny, that i havent made hateful comments about the lgbtq community, theres no point lying about it, but it is really important to know that they were made in private chats, and wasnt something I was bringing to the server. I do my best not to share my personal views about “sensitive” topics on loka, because i know the outcome of it, its been like this for a while. Very likely some has been sent to u, but if I am not wrong, u dont moderate other discords unless its severe e.g (doxxing). I dont think private messages should be used to justify my mute here.
At the end of the day, I respectfully ask the staff team to review my messages and reconsider the mute.
