Jewy is trying to make a town and found some bugs but he can't do /report to report the problems. I understand that people who are muted could spam this, but I think they should be able to report the bugs that they find.

We talked about this in staff chat a while back and most people agree that this is something that should be made available to muted players. You do bring up a good point of them maybe spamming it but if this is being done by a muted player I don't think they should be playing the server to begin with.

Agreed, a tempban/permban if you spam /report would be a good solution.
