Mxthi unban appeal

+1 idk he signed my lore 2 years ago or something and i talked to him and i came to conclusion that he is a really nice guy and pro
 
+1 I spoke with my good friend Prusso and he told me that for those who grow up outside of the U.S. (particularly within the South American context), it is actually quite easy to go your whole life without ever learning what the KKK is, what their members looked like, and what they did.

Even Prusso himself didn’t know what the KKK was until quite recently. I think it’s a pretty fair appeal from Mxthi, and if I were him, I would’ve appealed at the 3 month mark precisely because of the ban reason; I don’t see any reason why an 8 month ban should be issued to someone who wore what they perceived to be a cool looking skin without context.

He’s done his time, so free him up!
 
+1 i have known mathi for a year now and he has been nothing but nice to me and its not his fault that they didnt tell the history of that cult in south america.

I was banned in April 2024 , because of an inappropriate I used. I will attach a link from it, so it's self explanatory.

For context, it was a skin I used in Cubecraft 5 and half years ago with some friends just to match, and at that time I was 14 years old and clearly had no clue what that meant (not to mention I used to live in South America, so it wasn't a part of my culture or history).
It was dumb, I only saw the cross and the mask and thought it was cool, but my ignorance did me wrong this time.

I used it in Loka for just a couple minutes before I was reported and fairly banned.
I would like to take a time to apologize to anybody who actually saw the skin (with, or without the armor) and just being responsible for my actions.
As I mentioned before, I've been part of the community for so many years, and haven't had any big sanction and I've always held accountable for myself and my community.
I just want a new chance to have fun with my friends, and recover this eight months that helped me to think about everything.

With nothing else to say, thank you beforehand, I hope to see yall in a bit and happy holidays everyone!
