Im writing this post to show my overall distaste and poor experience i've had with loka currently, especially surrounding my ban
The Ban
When I got banned after my screenshare, I truly was in shock since I know i wasnt cheating. Me and TgsHalo had high hopes for this tournament believing that we would win, I was hoping to win 2 2v2 tourneys in a row and he was hoping for this to be his 3rd. We played an excellent tournament up to the finals (being said that the opponents we faced werent "high level" players) and when we got to the finals I was frozen. Which i already had predicted was coming due to my tier list ban. I told TgsHalo that I would quickly pass the screenshare and we would be able to continue our tournament. As you may know, we werent able to continue as I was permanently banned following the screenshare.
Anyone in this situation would be rightfully pissed, I was banned for seemingly no reason and when I asked staff in dms what I flagged or how to resolve this, I was subsequently ghosted with no response. the ONLY staff I could get in touch with was ThePigGang, who told me to wait until he could come to understand the situation.
This brings me to another point, the way staff handled my ban.
As i stated before I asked why I was banned to multiple staff members, with piggang being the only one not to ghost me, and without his help I may have not been unbanned. Now, as ive come to understand it staff did not want to disclose the reason for my ban because they "didnt want me to create bypasses that I could use in the future" This is idiotic, considering I was banned from OCEAN FLAGS. It would make sense for them not to tell me if they had found anything in manual SS, as i could create bypasses, however I can quite literally just run ocean on MYSELF, which is what I had to do to prove my ban false. So tell me, why keep this information private when I can just run the scan on myself? The only reason why I was able to figure out it was ocean is because I was watching the screenshare so intensely and noticed they opened ocean. I want you to imagine a player who WASNT watching the screenshare closely, or left their computer for about 5 minutes, they would have absolutely ZERO lead on what could have caused their ban. Instead (as quoted from mimo4) you have staff members acting all smug in public chat about the ban saying "If you want to know what hacks she used, ask her yourself" Now I understand ocean staff said i was cheating, yes and i would agree that it would warrant a ban IF I hadnt consented to a manual SS, but GUESS what, I DID consent to a manual SS and after screensharing me for an hour and 30 minutes and still finding NOTHING, staff still decided to ban me. No wonder loka has such a poor reputation for their staffs screensharing capabilities, and I want to return to a point earlier to really make it clear, If i hadnt been watching and recognized ocean as one of the tools they used, I would not be unbanned right now, and I would still be ghosted by staff if I asked what was the reason for my ban.
Not to mention, figuring out what flagged and how to get unbanned was an absolute FUCKING headache, Instead of Loka staff looking into it to confirm their ban, they left it to the PLAYER to try and figure it out. I was working on this for HOURS after my ban to try and figure out why it flagged, I talked to some of the best minecraft screensharers to get it figured out and we were still struggling, It wasnt until Kylaz was able to trigger the false flag with Lunar Fabric
I then presented this to piggang again, who said he would bring it up in staff chat and to post it on my appeal
Aftermath
I have hated this whole situation and it has been a massive headache for me, TgsHalo and I were essentially completely robbed out of a tournament we had high hopes for and believed that we could win, even after being unbanned, we are not able to redo the final match. And to get what? An "apology" from staff? thats it? The way you guys were acting after my ban was irritating and obnoxious. It's stressful when the community turn on you and call you a cheater because staff banned you for a pretty idiotic reason, and it was annoying to try and figure out how to resolve it. I believe that I should be compensated (in orbs) for putting me through this entire situation, its proper compensation for putting an innocent player through this mess. Thank you

Also thanks to everyone who believed me when I proclaimed my innocence, and helped me get unbanned by providing proof of false flags.
