Hey, Lokans I am here to state my ban status and my apologies to Jakeman5 ,Wemb ,Zelody, Koi0001, and Marioistrash. My ban was a 2 month ban but then Koi and Mario found out that I had not stated the full truth of the stolen items I took from Southern Valyria. I am very sorry for this act. I forgot to state the full truth of theses stolen items and I didn't mean to lie but some individuals may have different beliefs but I'm telling the truth. I had taken a number of items which I hadn't remembered. It has been around 9 months since I've been banned from Loka. Almost 6 months ago since I last alted on Loka and appealed my first ban. For the people who don't know, I was banned for Town Betrayal by the owner of Southern Valyria (Jakeman5) now owned by 36s. If you see this I am very sorry for stealing your hard earned items you grinded for. Also I am sorry for wasting the very little time you have for Minecraft @jakeman5 and making you get online, to investigate the items that I stole. I was poor and wasn't thinking straight that's why I stole these items, instead of using my time to grind them myself. I am very very sorry to Wemb who had Jakeman5 trust me with sub owner in Southern Valyria. Which gave me access to the owner storage which were where the I stole were. The Owners of Imperium/Melodia invited me to their town. I took opportunity and gave them materials to help make there town. The Owners of Melodia (Zelody & N3ghtmare) had to deal and pay for my actions. They were wrongfully blamed for the theft of my doing and had to go through the span and the wrath of staff being on top of them. It has been now around 3-4 months since I have last talked to anyone in the Loka community besides my close friends that I made along the journey of playing Loka. During the times I was on Loka I was very toxic, rude, and just not very thoughtful of the chance I had to be on the Great Server as it is known today. My experiences of me being toxic were " Making fun of the people who were less lucky and were in a crisis of what they had at home and what they had going on in there country, while also making fun of people's race and their religions. I want to say sorry again to Koi and Mario for having to investigate this ban and having to go through other individuals to receive information out of me. I don't expect to get unbanned on this appeal, but I hope this does get read and hopefully my ban can get reduced so I can once reunite with my friends that I had once played with back in the day and have fun as I did once before. To whoever is reading this I hope you have a wonderful and day thank you for giving me the chanceto hearing my side of the situation. -Nemy
