nemy's 3rd and last unban appeal

Hello loka staff team, I was banned in November of 2022 which was around 15 months ago. I have changed a lot during this time I'll admit back then I was a toxic racist little kid who thought they were funny and I was a really big troll. Its currently February of 2024 I've seen a lot of people I used to play with and know get unbanned and get another chance and I'd thought I'd give it a try. My last appeal was some time in June of 2023 need I say I did alt on the server. My last Alt was sometime in May of 2023, I got banned for town betrayal it wasn't my first time getting banned for town betrayal it was my second offence of town betrayal. I had mind gamed and used the following people Zelody Wemb and jakeman5. Wemb had given me level 4 access to the town known as SV or Southern Valyria and I took advantage of that which I shouldn't have. I had taken a lot of things from the owner storage and public storage that I didn't need and I had gotten greedy. The stuff I took was rightfully grinded and farmed by Jakeman at the time he wasn't active and I saw this time as a good time to take the things he has farmed up. Since my Ban I've disconnected with a lot of the people I had used to play with but kept the close friends I had made along my journey of playing. I don't play Minecraft anymore and I would like to get back into the game. As in this appeal I am wishing my permeant ban maybe be reduced to a 8 week ban but its all up to the loka staff and it is there choice. But I wanna say again I am sorry to the people I had used and minded gamed to get my way into parts of a town I shouldn't have been and take action for my own benefit.

+1 I've spent the last 8 months in a server with nemy and from spending many months talking and vcing with nemy I can say that he has matured a lot. I do think he should be unbanned and be able to play with his friends once again. But should remain unmuted.
 
+1 I have spent the last 2-3 months with nemy and I can say I have known him since 2020 during his lowest. He has matured a insane amount I have never before.

+1 This guy used to be the biggest troll in ascended and I have vc'ed with him recently and he has chilled down A LOT.
 
-1 hard negative here, insanely toxic and apart of a weird group of people, don't think he should be allowed back
 
Might gotta +1 this fella, Needless to say his ban prior was deserved due to the sheer amount of toxicity. That being said, Nemy is not my best friend but from the couple of voice calls I've had with him, I've seen some improvements.
 
+1 ive known nemy before i joined loka when i played steel and other servers and he was legit one of the most toxic people i had ever met but I can strongly say he has changed for the better when vcing with him recently

-1 doxxed another loka member in a minesurge pub chat and called his teammates the hard r, slurs, and many more things that were toxic and overall hateful.
