Hey everyone! It’s that time of year again: almost the end of summer and the beginning of a new school year. To wrap up the summer festivities, NerdNation has decided to invite the entire server to our NerdNation Carnival on August 10th, 2019!
It doesn’t cost anything to show up! We will have stalls with food, alcohol, and other NerdNation merchandise! If you don’t want to play the main events but still want to have a little fun, we have a dunk tank to play for 1 shard as well!
We will also have some amazing games, run by Drew_doc, MrPiggles, and TeraMarie!
Below are a list of the games we will have at our carnival! Please make sure to private message TeraMarie if you decide to take part in the Lava Wall game, so we can make sure we gather the supplies for all the teams!
Each of the games below will run by times, beginning at 1- 2 pm EST. Once the first event is over, we will move forward to the next event, and so on.
To participate, each team must pay 2 dia blocks, and private message TeraMarie#5309 to be added to the bracket! YOU MUST BE ENROLLED AT LEAST 2 DAYS BEFORE THE CARNIVAL. NO LAST MINUTE ADDS. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU DROP OUT OF THE LAVA WALL EVENT.

First Event: Lava Wall ~ Run by TeraMarie
You will be separated into teams of four. Two teams will battle each other in our glass arena, but what separates you is our lava wall! You will have invisibility potions so you won’t be able to see the other team’s name tags! You will be given an infinity bow and an arrow to shoot through the lava. There’s no crossing to the other side of the arena. If anyone on your team crosses the lava, your team will be DISQUALIFIED! Last team standing wins and moves to the next round! Bracket style battling and the winning team wins a god bow for each participant.To participate, each team must pay 2 dia blocks, and private message TeraMarie#5309 to be added to the bracket! Second Event: Spleef ~ Run by Drew_doc
Your classic Spleef game! You will be given a wooden shovel and you will enter our Spleef arena. You must break the snow blocks below the other players to win! Last player left on the snow wins a lored shovel made in NN! There will be 4 rounds with 8 people per round! So if you don’t win the first time, you can always try again!!! Each player must pay 10 shards to participate. There will be a slight carry-over in between each round to reset the arena.Third Event: Bumper Boats ~ Run By TeraMarie
Join us on our large ice rink to play a simple game of bumper boats! Each player will be in a boat and be given an iron sword. 10 players must ride around the ice rink and break other players boats! It’s a fast-paced and dizzying game, so if you get nauseous easily this game might not be for you! It’s 1 shard cluster to play and the winner at the end gets a lored egg from NerdNation! We will only have 5 rounds so make sure you join when you can! Each round will last 5 minutes or less.Fourth Event: Hide and Seek ~ Run by MrPiggels
Mr_Piggels and Nerdie built this area just for this event! Join us on our unique field for a few fun rounds of Hide and Seek! Each player must pay 10 shards to play and the shards will be added into a pool. Each hider will get a wooden sword, and the seekers will get an iron sword and leather armor. Each hide and seek round will either last 5 minutes or finish beforehand. If all the hiders have been found, the seeker wins half the money from the entire pool. If the hiders win by the end of the 5 minutes, the remaining hiders will split half the pool. Fifth Event: Stalker ~ Run by Drew_doc
If you didn’t win at hide and seek and wanted a second try, this is the game for you! In our game of Stalker, there will be two separate teams, the Stalker and the Survivors. It is the Stalker’s job to kill the survivors. The job of the survivors is to live for 5 minutes, or to kill the stalker. The entire course is a maze, and it will have no lighting. Each player will have certain tools and armor to go against the other team. It costs 12 shards a person to play, and the prize is 2 free lottery tickets for the end of the carnival. Sixth Event: Lottery ~ Run by MrPiggels
Our Nerdie head holds all the best prizes! Welcome to our Lottery! Built specially by MrPiggels, you can pay 2 shard clusters to have the chance to win a piece of lored NerdNation armor or a specially lored Egg. You can even win your shards back. And you have the chance to do double/triple or nothing. If you’re feeling lucky, this is the game for you!We in NerdNation hope to see you all soon!
