Nerf these silly spears!

+2. Spears are insanely overtuned. I think they should be apart of the game but with heavy counterplay. Reduce spear damage to a maximum of 3.5-4.5 hearts with the max momentum (still allows for spears to be useful in conq but doesnt make it overpowered.). Add a cooldown of 3 seconds to stop players from just using it as a self sufficient KB2 at zyre and conquest. On future updates can we have the majority of the playerbase allow their inputs on game changing deccisions instead of just 6 players who havent pvped since the stone age.

We had an LCR meeting two days ago about it. Everyone there agreed on the implementation of them. Run or vote for better representatives if you feel that your voice wasn't heard. Regardless, the changes we've made haven't even been played out enough to make a final judgment.

2nd of all, why even add this to normal conquest and not make it a mutator. Conquest was perfectly fine without this awful weapon, we can clearly see that this weapon was added by someone who doesn't play conquest at all to even know how OP this is. I know conquest hasn't even started but anyone with a brain or eyes can tell that first fight of the month is going to be the worst looking fight in existence.

Literally all this weapon needs is 2 things;

- The lunge technique needs a cooldown after 1 use (like the shields)
- The damage needs to be significantly decreased (7 hearts to something such as 4 hearts, 3.5)

people are crying too much right now, its gonna get nerfed so it fits with the rest of the pvp. No one said this was the final form, litteraly anything OP that has been added to the pvp aspect of the server has been adjusted to fit in. This is not the end of the world!!!!
 
Maybe you could make a mutator for no spear or maybe a continent policy which you can choose for no spears to be used on that continent during the month? I do want it to be tested a bit in conquest first though.
 
The Six loves the idea of the Spear and are happy something new has been added to PvP. This will set a new learning curve and add more ways to play and enjoy the server. PvP has been untouched for a long time and it’s about time something new was added. The people complaining can’t adjust like The Six can and are worried about falling behind.
