Sku's solution pretty much is the solution imo because it prevents invisble people from stealing someones kill aswell as the 20+ people who jump on the loot trying to get something leaving the person who got the kill getting little to no loot.I think Sku has the most elegant solution by far that doesn't mess with the base game too much to make it so crazy. Silent's suggestion could also work good as well when combating invises.
Well, what if you do all the work and then someone last hits the person and he gets the pick up priority?Sku's solution pretty much is the solution imo because it prevents invisble people from stealing someones kill aswell as the 20+ people who jump on the loot trying to get something leaving the person who got the kill getting little to no loot.
That's quite a risky scenario if you were without armour invis is it not? To be close enough to do damage consistently so that you might get the kill.Well, what if you do all the work and then someone last hits the person and he gets the pick up priority?
thats not what the question was.... they were asking if you HAD armor on and you came in and got the final hit leaving the person who did all of the work with nothingThat's quite a risky scenario if you were without armour invis is it not? +1 this solution, this can also address invis players stealing shulkers in conquest fights if the pick up waiting time is long enough.I think a better way to do it might be to make it so invisible players take longer to pick up items, that way they've got to stay on top of the item stack for longer, not only making them unable to pick up the items before the killer can, but also making them much more visible due to their particles sticking around for longer.
Minecraft servers have a pick up prio thingy, if you log on before someone else / if they relog their pick up prio is reset, so say you've been logged on and someone just logs in and they were to try and steal a shulker in a fight from you, they would be the least likey to get it because of that pick up prio. so even if it wasn't an invis someone who has pick up prio over you can still steal it from you. so this renders nerfing the pick up delay on invis useless+1 this solution, this can also address invis players stealing shulkers in conquest fights if the pick up waiting time is long enough.
My only issue is if the waiting time is implemented to all items that the invis player wants to pick up. There should probably be an exemption for stuff like ores and mob drops for grinders that grind invis.
yes because dbr has a range more than 4 blocks, either HEAVILY buff dbr or nerf invis. everyone knows it exists, people don't bring it because its litearlly uselessdebuff resistance exists btw
