New Town Generator Costs

Due to generators being capped at a radius of 200 on the new map (was previously 500) we have had to adjust the costs slightly. You all had very cheap gens . The new cost is simply 3 power shards for every 10 radius per real life day. So having a town with the maximum 200 radius would cost 60 power shards per real life day. (20 * 3)

My gen cost was doubled!

Nah it's fine really, my gen balance is still good for a month or so. Mag and Crypt's enduring quest to make Loka harder continues.
