Allow us to get signatures from NPC's. It would work the same way as /sign <username> works now. Just make it random on if they accept it or not, with a week cooldown if they deny it. Maybe make it harder for some NPCs to sign your items as well. Like imagine a Signed by Nevan that has a 0.05% chance of being signed.
