@Nekometa was tired of seeing bias tierlists created to glaze friends of the creators so he decided to make a real one.
Impact people have on fights and their skill was taken into consideration when ranking them. Also each tier has a description of what it should represent (more or less).
I invite you all into discussion, but before you talk, put your ego aside and explain your point. Also before you start fuming about someones placement, read the tier descriptions cuz it will explain a lot.
note: I personally didn't rly do much of the rating. It was mostly neko's job, and I'm the one posting it cuz he is shy.
