Hi so I basically have a question but also a suggestion for the same thing. Does online players shown in /c ranks include locked people to other alliances? If it shows online players locked to the alliance, including people locked to other alliances, could there be a way to remove the players locked to another alliance to get a more accurate number on how many can warp?
