Opening vuln / Betraying rule.

Yes I get the win trading ban, but I still had full intention to warp and win the fight, although I should’ve chose better decision and rethought what I was doing, a perm ban is still a little harsh considering that this has been done countless times over the years and always ended up with a temp ban 90% of the time to the people who got the same punishment as I did.

You used your subowner perms to open the alliance vuln, which is literally abusing your permissions as subowner to the detriment of your town…

Placing because the ENEMY ALLIANCE LEADER paid you to place, when nobody in your alliance wants to place, when you have coordinated with the enemy alliance to open their vuln so you can place is "starting a battle with no intention to win". The fight was not placed because he wanted to win, it was placed because he got paid by the enemy

I had full intentions on warping and when the plan was executed I was already logging people on before I got kicked

I can vouch this, When we heard Alcaili opened vuln we were a little confused but we all were gonna warp the fight along with Alcaili until he got kicked from the town and the fight was termed. And also I would like to talk about how Kylaz has a 30 day ban when he was also the one that initiated the plan of win trading. I'm just saying if one is getting permed for win trading and town betrayal which he didn't know town betrayal would be going along with his ban too. And the other one who bribed a broke, hunger, and homeless Alcaili into win trading but only got 30 days. I don't know I just think it would be fair if loka either just perma banned both of them or just temp banned them. Not make someone's ban longer and the others shorter because they practically did the same thing.

Kylaz has no ban history vs alcailis multiple bans in the past how would that be fair

multiple bans of different categories so what does that matter, thats like someone getting arrested for robbery with a past crime of 1st degree murder after doing his time and giving him more time based off his past crimes and also knowing that kylaz bribed someone just for a win its probably not the first time she has done this.

Multiple bans of different categories show that someone doesnt fit in the lokan community.
Tbh correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure that kylaz was also banned in the past for something, so it would be fair to see both of them perma banned. Clear misfits.
