Added Optifine Alternative for Dynamic Lights

Description: Hold light source, see the light! Don't go towards it though that v bad
Reason: In 1.16 when Sodium is (hopefully) permitted those using it will lose access to a few optifine features such as Dynamic Lighting. V epic to have an alternative so you can move to Sodium with the extra fps without losing benefits such as this
