Name: [ETF] Entity Texture Features
Link: https://modrinth.com/mod/entitytexturefeatures
Description: Per the mod's own description: adds support for resource packs with Optifine's custom entity texture features, such as custom, random, and emissive/glowing entity textures; and support for blinking mobs. The mod also includes "player skin features," however I'm assuming these would not work—and therefore provide no competitive advantage—because Loka does not transmit client data like player health to other clients (based on some past statements in the discord, and the fact that Optifine itself has player skin features). Additionally, according to the mod's wiki, player skin features are "controlled by the skin file you upload to Mojang and options to prevent abuse of features in PvP." Runs on Fabric, Quilt and Neoforge. Completely clientside and changes nothing by default.
Reason: I like playing with Fresh Animations and I don't like Optifine.
Name: [EMF] Entity Model Features
Link: https://modrinth.com/mod/entity-model-features
Description: Adds support for resource packs with Optifine's Custom Entity Model (CEM) features. Runs on Fabric, Quilt and Neoforge; dependent on ETF. Completely clientside and changes nothing by default. A list of differences between this mod and Optifine can be found here.
Reason: I REALLY like playing with Fresh Animations and I REALLY don't like Optifine.
