This screenshot can't be used as evidence of a doxx. Here's why :
DEM Parti is a political party from Turkey founded in 15th October 2023. After It's creation Turkey went through only one local election and someone named ''Hewal Orpheall" wasn't a candidate for DEM Parti in this election and probably someone named "Hewal Orpheall" doesn't even exist, this image probably was just a meme in the Turkish community and EndVle sent it as a joke saying this. However even if it was a doxx you sending it here would mean you also doxxed Orpheall.

After of my censor theres orphealls fotograph what are u talking about if admins want i can send i dont want to doxx him. yes it was a joke but with orphealls fotograph.

Even if it has a photo of Orpheall you posting it here and saying "BUT BUT BUT ENDVLE DOXXED HIM TOO!!!" doesn't change anything. Orpheall can report EndVle whenever he wants.

+1 they shouldn’t pick and choose who they do or do not ban for doxxing. Unban him unless the admins plan on treating everyone fairly.
 
I dont think thats enough time to get unbanned but as long as he forgived and you guys are friends now +1 for me I hope you realized how horrible your behaviour was.
