Which rank you are applying for: Guardian

What you think is expected of this rank: Guardians are admins who need to maintain neutrality in order to keep the server in order. This way the people within the community are able to trust them and the decisions they make. They maintain a large responsibility of being the main group of staff to ensure there is justice whether it be for hacking or for settling a town betrayal dispute. They hold a key role in helping others so everyone has a fun experience. This key trait of helping people has to be held within them in order to perform their job correctly.

Why you think you should become this rank: I believe I should become this rank because I have always loved to help people. Helping people has always brought me joy, even if it is the smallest thing. Guardian will allow me to help people more than what I can currently do as Sentry. I also believe that I hold the neutrality to fairly judge situations as they come. I have the maturity to put aside whatever personal feelings I have for the better good of the server.
When you started playing on the server: September 5th, 2016 (However I took a break from about October 2016-May 2017)
Time zone: CST
How often do you play (hours a day/week): About 7-8 hours a day

Okay, that's enough with the seriousness. I'd like to introduce y'all to my teacher.
 
-1 Nothing personal Otaku but I definitely don't think you're a good fit. Also Guardians don't need to maintain neutrality. I mean just look at Sku. I personally have never seen you help a player (AT LEAST IN PUBLIC CHAT) more than the standard "Welcome to Loka!" In fact I don't think I've ever seen you help anyone anywhere else either. As for your maturity to put aside things for the betterment of the server. I can understand that but from my interactions with you, you haven't been to closed about your personal feelings either.

@Steve5729 I think what she meant by that was in chat you shouldn't be taking sides in arguments ect. This could possibly appear as bias and therefore would make it harder for you to do other parts of your job stated in the same paragraph.

Even still neutrality shouldn't be expected / required. Every staff can be accused of abuse and bias but that doesn't make it true. For example when the charge glitch was around (The infinite on one lamp one) the glitch occurred during a conquest fight. Despite us being able to wipe the enemy and win easily I requested the fight terminated. A player (Whose name I won't mention.) Accused bias. Then the good man Skuhoo stepped in and mentioned that having the fight be terminated hurts me more than benefits me. This is a perfect example of when someone should be taking sides in an argument. Anyways this will be my last post on this thread as I don't want to overrun it with my opinion.

As Steve said above,I just don't think your a good fit.(No offense) but I think your maturity is questionable at times and sometimes have shown to not be the greatest at handling certain situation from the situation itself to taking sides. All in all, I can see that you want to do good for the server, but I think your not qualified just yet. A little more time running the ropes as a sentry and I'm sure you can be a great guardian candidate.
 
-1 I think that you are a cool person but not fit for the role. Your emotions always get the best of you in every case, which is the opposite of what your role is supposed to do.

I do have to agree with you that I let my emotions get to me within personal cases which I feel like I have discovered why it may feel that way a couple months back (a little after the last time you talked to me within this personal setting) that I give very high unreasonable standards within personal relationships and feel as if it is a normal standard however I have never once let my feelings into my work as a Sentry.

I think some of what Steve says has some merit. However, it's pretty unconcise and vague.

From my experiences with you, you're a pleasant staff member who I can definitely say without a doubt contributes towards Look with with helping staff and creating a quality community. This being said I'm unsure of the need for you to be Guardian, you've stated it would further allow you to help the community/player-base in general but I'm unsure of the necessity of it.

I would have to say I'd be unsure in this one.
