I don't know if it has to do with a capital policy or some other exigent circumstance, but it seems to me that passive health regeneration is much slower than it has been in my town.

As of 0600 this morning I would only regenerate .5 hearts per tick. Normally that's how slow it is in arena, I thought. Am I wrong that it is supposed to be faster in normal play? I thought I remembered it regenerating at 1-2 hearts per tick.

I haven't slowed down any regen in Loka, only sped it up based on perks. I can take a look though I suppose

I think you're just used to the town perks that boost natural regeneration speed. I myself haven't noticed the regen speed outside of towns being noticeably slower, but I do notice a huge chance in the speed when compared to in the town vs. in the wild.

I'm pretty sure that town perk of big passive regen also work outside the town.

It does. The passive regen perks applies globally but only to regen that comes from being fully-fed.

Really? I thought it was only within towns.
