I was playing loka with my friends. And they wanted to have lored swords. Cuz many people were linking it on chat and they wanted to have their own. We just think if people buy orbs with IRL money why shouldnt they buy other things like steam giftcards / valorant points / discord nitro. And we were asking to people who was active when we playing. But we couldnt reach everyone cuz some of people were NA and we were sleeping during their time. So i used my mind and why shouldnt i send them mails. I made a text " i sell shards if you interested contact me via discord" i sent over than 50 ppl and some of people dmed some of them arent. I have good memory I have read all the rules and have them memorized. There isnt rule about that but that doesnt mean i can advertise for my interest.

At this point i would like to apologize to everyone who is affected, to all town owners / subowners and members and the staffs whose time i have taken up. I fully accept my mistake. I was wrong and i fully accept that. this is why i asking for second chance. Ive gotten used to being muted but since I was muted for translating loka into turkish, I cant see the #translate channel or access the api channels for the mods I was planning to develop for Loka. These are my biggest reasons that i am appealing for but i accept i was wrong and didnt think at the point. And i promise that wont happen again. i apologize to everyone in this community whom i have harmed or upset in the past.

(i am aware of rule 9.2. this rule wasnt in place when I was permamuted but as I said before, the fact that I was in the wrong doesnt change, and I admit my mistake.)

-1 you cant disturb people for not recommended thing (off server trading) also your lying on your appeal as an old friend of yours i know what you are trying to do and what you did in last 3-4 months it started with little things like stray rank, steam gift card etc. but the time you mailed 50+ people its not about stray rank its all about trading shards for irl money you are buying shards from your friends and selling them with a huge commission (he bought an iphone 15 with that) stop being greedy and one day your permamute will be lifted

there wasnt a rule about it or any mentioned thing and this is why i did. I know thats still extreme but i alr apologized for this. And in this appeal traded things arent matter. My permamute reason wasnt about what i traded for it was mailing over than 50 people for irl trading. I didnt mention Crypto transfers or else cuz thats all united as IRL trading. And im not taking any commision from my friends if they do trade with their own. If i buy their shards ( thats mean i am the buyer and i spend the money). And i dont want to talk about greedness. Heres biggest proof.

if what youre saying is true you were friends with this trader and turned a blind eye to what he was doing then when your friendship ended you decided to expose him i think thats called hypocrisy if you’d spoken out against his actions from the very beginning you'd have been in the right but trying to snitch on your friend like this is very childish behavior he might be trading and earning commissions youre doing the same thing the admins don’t say anything about off server trading so who do you think you are to bring this up im sure the reason your friendship fell apart is because you got into a fight over him not giving you a commission ive known Gontos for a long time i used to think of him as a bad person and toxic but hes changed hes been acting much more helpful chillin and building lately
