hi loka community. since my loka ban I have been in contact with touch_grass_kids who reported me.
from this experience i have learnt many things with the main one being due process. I did not give the ban due process originally assuming it was the same as my mythosia ban where It was faked. It was not and i regret not giving it due process to find this out. in conclusion the evidence against me IS NOT FAKE but is instead taken from an old gc between me, hurdsell, touch_grass_kids, colusite and ben_quasar (peacefulbuilders) these comments were made in jest with no actual harm being done to either party. touch_grass_kids name (which will not be said here) was known by the groupchat and he was fine with it as he also used my name in return. I did not know peacefuls address and was making a joke the same as when i claimed a UK composite door was peacefuls front door despite him not being from the UK. if there is anymore im missing can staff let me know and ill look into it and get back to them in future appeals if i appeal before uni.
i apologise profusely to loka staff and to touch_grass_kids for assuming incompetence and faking of screenshots to get me banned. i also apologise profusely to those who were affected by my rage baiting and toxicity over the year aand a bit i played loka.
personal development:
since my loka ban i have focused more on my myself and my flaws and helping those around me. i have also matured alot since my ban for reasons i do not wish to discuss. i know i used to rage bait and annoy players and i do not do that anymore i actively avoid arguing with players and egoing others. having learnt from my mistakes and turning 18 soon i decided to try appeal the ban for potentially one last time before going off to uni and ineviatably not have time to play.
overall i would love to be given a second chance but i fully understand if you are not willing to give me a second chance. i have made some mistakes that i regret and i am hoping to get a second chance to prove myself as a productive and kind member of the community but i understand if you are not willing to.
something i have learnt from this experience is the important of due process and trust in others. i will be taking this into account for all my future endevours (ik its spelt wrong)

also decided to comment a bit about what ive been doing in the previous 5 months. i have worked on my studies getting a merit in my investigation and legislation and have done both my psychology and criminology exams. i have gotten closer with my friends and helped them with their studies despite not really understanding it. i was prompted to add this by lexxnd cause he said "todd kohlhepp" and part of my psychology studies was a serial killer presentation so i practiced with lexxnd and bajaan in vc.

Hello again loka community I would like to share the whole situation with you and explain my side of it so you can see it from my perspective and how immature i was back then compared to now.
It all started on cliffcraft where the nation imperion merged with the USA and me hurdsell Ben touch lastiy colusite and valdariano teamed up.
We made a group chat colusite named “petition for Elon musk to adopt me” this group chat was quit a few months ago now (I will edit actual date here) and was us playing as if we were good friends so we messed around a bit. Eventually during one fight discord was down so hurdsell added us all to a snap gc later renamed “gaymers” which is how we all learnt eachothers names. We messed about more and more as Cliffcraft went on and it was pretty common for us to name eachother by name in that gc since we all knew eachothers name. Later on I made a joke about doxxing bens address and sent a “picture of his door” which was actually a picture of a uk made composite door. I understand now that this was extremely immature and extremely inappropriate to even joke about doxxing others. I would not doxx people I got doxxed before i would not do it to others. I understand and fully accept that I made mistakes. I am human I make mistakes but I learn from my mistakes. I am very sorry for my past behaviour and can promise that if I get the second chance I do not deserve then I will be better and more positive member of the community. Overall I am sorry for wasting staffs time and for not taking responsibility originally for my actions.
I am currently finishing off my btec in criminal and forensic investigation. I am also trying to be a better person overall including in person following my ban with so much free time I spent time helping my classmates with assignment work and revision and helping my friends from other classes with their course work and revision despite not really understanding the work they do.

I have been playing crusalis for the last 2 months after my 3 month break from the game. I have been with garama and hypertotdile fighting and grinding I have not been toxic to anyone as titan_A has said instead have always said stuff like “nice” and “well done” to my teammates whenever they get kills. Rather than arguing with my teammates I just let it go when they kill me or get me killed as I have realised it’s not a big deal and the arguments aren’t worth it. I have also made up with touch_grass_kids and Magnus with everything that happened between me and touch before my ban and after my ban. I reached out to him to apologise for my behaviour and try repair relations with him and have since pvped with him and started playing geoquesy with him
To try and prove to you I have changed I have added a conversation with Krylo where he tried to get me to join vc with a guy I used to argue with constantly.

something no2pro has brought up while i taught him how to get firestone was that loka requires the victim to report for doxxing, harassment, and pedophillia but when i get banned for it touch_grass_kids reports when peacefulbuilders was the dude i claimed to have doxxed when i sent the door picture. why is there a double standard for these types of situations? (this is not an excuse for an unban just a question i had when no2pro mentioned it)

edit 4: so i got a dm from touch telling me more about the evidece to get me banned. so a screenshot from his story on snapchat was sent to his dms. i believe i said something along the lines of "your uglier then i remember" with the screenshot (again this is between me and him in private dms) it was said in jest with no ill intentions to him or with any intent to doxx him i just sent it then deleted the screenshot from my phone. i am sorry touch if this caused you any alarm it wasnt my intention nor will it ever be my intention.
