He doesn't really, He has alot of things to do man. And even then it makes sense for him to not add every town to eb since alot of towns that want a spot, dont survive the week

The only one who can do this is Skuhoo, since eldritchplots is owned by him, no elder or guardian can copy your town to eldritchplots, only sku
