Implemented Prevent mercenary towns from starting attacks on their home continent if they leave their alliance

this would litterly make my lock useless if i leave alliance like what would even be the point of me mercing and if an alliance falls apart i m just gonna not be able to place on the continet im locked to?

You have never been (meant to be) able to fight on two continents in one month, which is what you're asking. This hasn't been true since we added World Locking however many months ago. Again it's the risk of being a mercenary.

If you don't trust an alliance to fall apart you probably shouldn't be mercing for them. Whether there's a greater debate to be had about the fact that conquest frequently "dies" after the end of the 2nd weekend and what might be done about that is perhaps worth more thinking and another thread.
