While I can see where people come from and might see as an intensive suggestion, after the recent conversations with Raddus and Devil I believe that this rule will help with more prevention / keeping things fair on loka.
Overview:
Currently, there is a rule on loka where if a person is caught cheating in ranked, tourneys, or other periods, their ranks / titles aren't taken unless it was involved in this season. For example, say someone got Gladiator and they got caught cheating in that season it would be removed. But if the season was over and they got caught not even 3 days later in a regular duel with another player, they'd keep it. I believe that we need to add a rule of some sort to remove all Gladiator / Victor / Duelist titles from people who are caught cheating. This current rule to me is to vague and outdated because even if someone makes the excuse of "Oh I wasn't cheating during Ranked" it still shows that if your going to cheat in a regular more casual setting that your probably gonna do the same when somethings at stake. In addition, this would also help with the inflation of Victors / Gladiators.
Addons / More thoughts:
Although Loka's bans are very long in length compared to other servers, the fact that people are able to come right back in a year and continue to get caught breaking rules to me is something that is absurd. The amount of people I could think of that would take a ban of about a year for Victor / Hero / Champion are crazy and because of this rule, it'll allow people to stop cheating for titles and keep things fair.
