Hey there,
I wanted to drop a suggestion I feel that Loka has been missing out on, a lot of the rules here are very pro-defender and leave raiders with a very lackluster feel. As it is most players use pearl gates after level 22 to prevent any outside access to their base, I get the point of it as otherwise we would have the ugliest blocks of towns laying around and it would take away the overall feel that Loka has and what makes it special but there is one grievance I have that I cannot wrap my head around.
I was trying my hand at raiding a couple of towns and the time it takes to do so is very tedious with pearl restrictions and Elytra limitations, regardless, I thought it would be a fun thing to do, I approached a town I found an easy way to get over the wall, but then stopped, because once I got in, how was I getting out? The only current method of getting out of a town that you got into is by /kill if there are no other openings, this makes raiding pretty much futile as if you get in somewhere in someone's base and cant use pearls, elytra, place blocks, or mine; there is simply no way out.
I suggest that a simple way to favor both raiders and defenders alike is to leverage one item on the server called the "recall stone" and allow it to be used in enemy towns and territories. This will create an easy way for raiders to get out of a base they spent so long and hard to get into, with the loot they brought and the loot they stole still intact.
This can be with as many disadvantages as yall feel as well, like maybe the recall stone has a 2 minute warm up in enemy zones, or if you are invisible and use the stone the potion effect is removed, perhaps even have it make a really loud warping noise. Anything, we just really need something to favor raiders a tad rather than restricting them to obsoleteness. At current standing, if you want to raid, your only luck is bullying new players who have no walls or protection, as once they do have even a 4-block high wall, you have no way of raiding.
I hope this suggestion will be taken into consideration and thank you for the read.
