Psy was using both language that is not allowed and bullying Lea. A few days later, we was using caps, bad language, and being rude to me. Proof:

The parties in play here have been/will be talked to about this matter.

While the subject of spamming is at times debated and perhaps more difficult to judge, I do not condone Psy's treating of Lea in this matter. I take that kind of thing seriously and he's been warned. Let this be an example if it needs to be.
