PvP and career thievery

I can't fight and I hate being stolen from
yet every good story has its hero's and villains. Sometimes both characteristics can be found in the same person. If the server was 100% peaceful ...it would be boring. This is why people like trash TV...human's crave conflict and resolution. It is through conflict that we push to be better and stronger.
I don't think there is an issue with PvP or thievery.
My issue is.....
Bullying: targeting 1 person or group of people for constant (daily/hourly) attacks...over and over again (5-10x in a single hour)
Camping: chilling near cities for a chance to kill people coming and going.......over and over again

agreed as long as there is no constant camp or bullying i love me some good pvp and stealing >

I hope everyone realizes the only career thief left is Psy, and I'm half convinced he is doing it for the lulz and for his own personal agenda. So... hooray.
