Over a year ago I was banned for avoiding screenshare after being screenshared by Chickpro.
But how did I "avoid screenshare"? Initially, I had immediately co-operated with the screenshare from ChickPro, I had let him get access to my laptop through AnyDesk, no questions asked, and there were no issues except for the fact that the Anydesk session was clearly lagging for him, due to my hardware and internet limitations at the time, as Anydesk sessions require having a suitable upload speed for screenshare smoothness and a well running PC (both which I did not have). I had told him my laptop specs and had even offered him to add me on discord so he can see my full screen incase the Anydesk session were to disconnect, to let me know what to do or if I could aid him in his process. However, my laptop was struggling to run Ocean and had disconnected him from the AnyDesk as well as disconnecting me from Loka because of the strain on my ridiculously bad Wi-fi connection + upload speed, but I had immediately rejoined Loka and re-connected him to my laptop, this is an issue I could not compensate for and he is not to blame for my ban, he followed his screensharing procedures properly and it was fully an issue at my end that I couldn't possibly help with. Please note that I live in Egypt and have a maximum 30-40 mbps download speed and less than 1 mbps upload speed with no ethernet cable so I really can not control my internet limitations.
However, I want to bring to light a mistake which I had done in a lack of thought a few months after the ban, and it was logging on a different account while I was banned. In short, my old account Tokyv, current username: pwrot, had gotten hacked and I had lost full access to it over 9 months ago. I fully proved this to the MCTiers and PvPTiers tierlists and even gotten my tiers transferred to a new account. So after getting a new account, I logged on Loka with it for a total of 15-20 minutes, thinking it was okay to just be on it casually without interacting in towns, ranked or within the community (as I did not intend to ban evade), but I now understand the severity of doing this as it goes against the server's rules for ban evading, nonetheless I take full responsibility for joining Loka on this account for any amount of time, it was very unbefitting of my behaviour and I only want to do the best to show my change plus best behaviours to the community from now on.
Ever since getting banned a year ago, I moved away from the Loka community, in addition I bought a new pc that has upgraded specs + an ethernet cable to remove any shorthanded issues from my end compared to before. And over the past couple of months, I had gotten back into tierlist and even gotten promoted to regulator in the MCtiers UHC community, and had gotten screenshared numerous times, I would hope to come back to loka and be a reliable and helpful person in this community too, as well as to clear my name fully from cheating, reminisce with my old loka town which I haven't interacted with in a year and have fun playing against other players.
I am terribly sorry for any inconveniences I may have caused the community for my behaviour in the past, I wish you would empathize with me and to allow me a second, if even a final, chance on Loka.
